D&W’s Exclusive Composite Wall Structure
D&W has separated itself from the competition with our new composite wall. We have been nationally recognized for this product innovation. The exclusive composite is a mix of wood and vinyl which gives the super room greater thermal efficiency and increased structural integrity. To enhance the beauty of the room we have also added an internal bracket system that eliminates bulky screw heads. All these attributes combined give you a strong, efficient and beautiful addition to your home.

Insulated Snap Lock Roof System
Snow loads are always a concern in Michigan, but with our roof we eliminate those concerns. D&W uses a snap lock panel with high density foam available in 3”, 4” and 6” thicknesses. Panels also resist surface damage, chalking and acid rain with a Krysal Kote finish. Gable and studio options for roof style, and gutter/downspout are included for proper drainage away from your house.

Earthwise Vinyl Windows
Earthwise windows are manufactured in our 65,000 sq. ft. factory. The window design is built specifically for sunroom walls. They have a hefty support system allowing them to support the large spans typical in Super Rooms. The Earthwise window is available with the HR-4 Energy Package (which includes the “Super Spacer”, Solarban® 60 Low-E Glass, argon gas between the panes and our foam filled frames.)

Non-dent Vinyl Insulated Panels
Our factory manufactures all roof and wall panels used in our rooms. Vinyl panels are used as filler above, below and around the windows for strength and premium insulation. The vinyl skin gives you the benefit of a non-dent panel so you can be worry free while entertaining the children, moving furniture or mowing the lawn.

Six-Inch Poly Deck
Our poly deck consists of panels with 5” of insulation sandwiched between two 1/2” Oriented Strand Boards. Poly Decks eliminate costly foundation work and the finishing surface can be carpet, tile or almost any type of flooring.
